Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their personal lifestyle and recovery objectives
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven therapeutic techniques to improve motor function, cognitive performance, sensory processing, and activities of daily living across a diverse patient population
• Champion Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner fluidly with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver seamlessly coordinated, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Their Families: Provide thorough, compassionate education to patients and caregivers, equipping them with the tools and strategies to sustain progress well beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation while continuously assessing patient progress and adapting treatment plans to optimize results

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Advanced certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported by our team

Certifications

• Current, active OTR/L licensure in good standing
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
