Description

• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and applicable regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a regionally accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New York
• CPR certification preferred
