* Schedule appointments between strong candidate leads and our senior recruiting team for in-depth screening conversations
 

* Nurture your pipeline through thoughtful, consistent follow-up that keeps candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records organized and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and placements made from your outreach
