What You'll Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the very first intake call all the way through a signed offer — every step, every touchpoint, fully yours.

Act as a True Client Partner by going beyond the job description. You'll understand the culture, the pain points, the history, and the hiring philosophy of every organization you serve.

Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS, your own network, and a suite of tools — including our in-house communications platform — designed to put quality candidates in front of you faster.

Leverage Our All-in-One Platform to manage pipelines, track outreach, automate follow-up sequences, and stay effortlessly organized without drowning in tabs and sticky notes.

Prioritize Permanent Placements that build long-term relationships with clients and generate the kind of commissions that reflect the real value you're creating.

Ideal Candidate

You bring 2 to 3 or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience to the table. You have a solid working knowledge of the healthcare industry, or a genuine eagerness to learn it with the support of a coaching-forward team behind you. You're skilled at managing client relationships from first call to final offer, comfortable navigating ATS and CRM platforms, and motivated by the idea of building something meaningful over the long term — not just hitting a quarterly number.
