What You Will Be Doing

• Performing thorough physical examinations, interpreting labs and imaging, and crafting individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
