What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to introduce MLR and assess candidate interest in available opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and placements made from your pipeline
