What You’ll Do:

• Provide Essential Respiratory Therapy: Deliver treatments like oxygen therapy, nebulization, and non-invasive ventilation for patients with acute or chronic respiratory conditions.
• Conduct Diagnostic Testing: Perform ABGs, pulmonary function tests, and other respiratory assessments to guide clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Patient & Family Education: Train patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and home care routines, empowering them to take control of their health.
• Maintain Safety & Accuracy: Ensure equipment is functioning properly, adhere to infection control protocols, and keep accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License (RCP)
• NBRC Certification (CRT or RRT) required
• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy; bachelor’s a plus
• New grads encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills
• Comfort working in both fast-paced and collaborative care settings
