Role Overview:

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will deliver personalized, in-home rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing targeted exercise programs to enhance mobility and functionality across diverse patient populations. Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
• Valid CPR certification
