What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.
• Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and behavioral health concerns using a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
• Performing thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized care plans.
• Working in close collaboration with behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and specialist networks to address the full spectrum of patient needs.
• Contributing actively to quality improvement efforts, clinical protocols, and initiatives that raise the bar for patient outcomes across the practice.
• Maintaining precise, timely documentation through a modern electronic medical records platform.
• Seeing patients both in-office and through virtual care channels to maximize access and convenience.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
