What Your Days Will Look Like

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering appropriate diagnostics, and developing individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions, independently or in collaboration with attending physicians based on scope and credentialing
• Guiding patients and their families through prevention strategies, health education, and long-term disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions within your full scope of practice
• Managing ongoing patient relationships, including follow-up visits and chronic care coordination
• Contributing to interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless, whole-person healthcare delivery
• Maintaining precise, timely documentation within established electronic medical record (EMR) platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Ohio
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C via AANP or ANCC) or applicable specialty equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
