What You Will Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based care plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions either independently or in close collaboration with attending physicians based on scope and credentialing
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging to guide clinical decision-making
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic regimens within established practice guidelines
• Providing patient and family education focused on wellness, disease prevention, and long-term health management
• Participating in ongoing chronic care management and coordinating follow-up to ensure continuity

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution

Required Certifications
