Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and develop tailored occupational therapy programs aligned with their personal goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to perform activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Provide meaningful instruction to patients and their families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to continue progress beyond the clinic
• Track Outcomes and Refine Treatment: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy plans to keep each individual on their path forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
