As an Account Executive supporting our elite team of healthcare recruiters, your job is simple but powerful: find talented healthcare professionals, spark genuine interest in life-changing opportunities, and get them in front of our recruiters. From there, your earnings do the talking.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our cutting-edge proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate meaningful outreach to prospective candidates, introducing them to career opportunities through MLR
 

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Stay engaged with your leads — following up, nurturing interest, and supporting candidates throughout the process
 

* Keep detailed, organized records in our applicant tracking system so nothing falls through the cracks
 

* Earn layered commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews held, and successful placements stemming from your outreach

How Compensation Works
