Pharmacy Tech – Full-Time Role

Job Overview: 

As a vital member of the pharmacy team, you’ll assist licensed pharmacists in preparing, labeling, and distributing medications while maintaining safety, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards. This position supports a smooth workflow across inpatient and outpatient services. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare medications and assist with packaging and labeling under pharmacist supervision 
• Ensure accurate medication delivery and maintain inventory control 
• Handle documentation, patient charging, and system updates 
• Perform within pharmacy technician scope of practice while supporting daily operations 
• Work closely with nurses and care teams across departments 
• Maintain organization, prioritize tasks, and respond to fast-paced changes 
• Provide courteous, responsive service to internal teams and patients 

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED – Required 
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credential – Required 
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy – Preferred
