Job Details:

• Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
• Focus on pediatric patients, with some adult cases.
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans based on a variety of assessment techniques.
• Provide effective speech therapy to improve patients' physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Use clinical judgment and technical knowledge to adapt treatment based on patient reactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment to support compensation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Basic computer skills; prior experience with EPIC patient charting preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
