Chief Radiation Therapist Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of radiation therapists to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Oversee the administration of radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and treatment accuracy.
Develop, implement, and maintain radiation therapy protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Manage departmental operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
Maintain and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Stay current with advancements in radiation therapy and ensure ongoing professional development for the team.

Chief Radiation Therapist Qualifications:

ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (required).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in radiation therapy, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
