Occupational Therapist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will create personalized in-home rehabilitation plans to enhance patient independence. 
• You will specialize in designing customized activities, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications to improve daily living. 
• Your role will involve working collaboratively and empathetically to support individuals in their home environments.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio
• AHA BLS / CPR certification
