We’re looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT / CLT) who’s ready to grow in a setting where curiosity, collaboration, and compassion are celebrated. Whether you’re finishing up your MLT program or just starting out as a new grad, this full-time opportunity offers flexible shifts—including days, nights, and weekends—so you can find a rhythm that works for you. In this role, you’ll take on real responsibility from day one. You’ll collect, process, and analyze biological specimens like blood, urine, and tissue, using protocols that emphasize both precision and safety. You’ll learn to operate modern lab equipment, carry out routine diagnostics, and ensure everything meets high standards of quality control. Just as important, you’ll communicate results that help providers make informed decisions—and help patients get the care they need.

We’re looking for someone with an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you’re certified (or working toward certification) through ASCP, AMT, or another credentialing organization, that’s ideal—but if you’re newly qualified or certification-eligible, we’re excited to help you grow. You’ll succeed here if you’re organized, curious, and steady under pressure, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
