Key Responsibilities for Mammography Tech:

• Mammography Procedures: Perform precise and high-quality mammograms in line with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Patient Interaction: Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout the procedure, answering their questions and alleviating any concerns.
• Equipment Operation & Care: Safely operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring it complies with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Image Quality Control: Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, working closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic excellence.

Mammography Tech Technologist:

• Education: Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program with a focus on mammography.
• Certification: ARRT (M) certification is required.
