What You’ll Do

* Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our proprietary platform alongside your established network
 

* Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
 

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
 

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring journey
 

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made based on your leads
