What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic conditions — independently or in collaboration with physicians based on your credentialing
• Providing patient and family education centered on wellness, disease prevention, and long-term health management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions within your full scope of practice
• Engaging in proactive chronic care management and meaningful patient follow-up
• Contributing to a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team committed to whole-person health
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C via AANP or ANCC) or relevant specialty equivalent
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
