Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and craft personalized therapy programs that align with each patient's unique functional goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to engage in meaningful daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support systems through therapeutic strategies they can carry beyond the clinic walls and into their daily lives
• Track Progress and Refine Care: Document clinical outcomes with accuracy, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment approaches to keep recovery on track

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
