Description

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, safe discharge planning, and at-home exercise programming
• Maintain precise, timely clinical documentation consistent with facility protocols and regulatory requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
