Your Day-to-Day

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introducing MLR and the opportunities we represent
 

* Coordinate and schedule key meetings between candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate interest through thoughtful, timely follow-up communication
 

* Keep candidate data organized and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied directly to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements linked to your outreach

Your Earning Structure

This is a commission-only, performance-based role — which means your ceiling is entirely yours to set.
