What You Will Do

As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter on the MLR platform, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake call to signed offer. You will serve as a genuine strategic partner to your clients, immersing yourself in their hiring challenges, organizational culture, and long-term workforce goals. You will source with precision, leveraging our proprietary CRM and ATS alongside your own established network and our integrated communications platform.
