Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, home exercise programs, and safe discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to promote seamless, coordinated treatment across the care continuum

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics or neurology are welcomed, though not required

• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred
