Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric through geriatric populations.
• Address acute illness, chronic disease management, preventive health, and behavioral health needs using a whole-person care model.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret laboratory and diagnostic results, and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and referral networks to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Actively engage in quality improvement projects designed to elevate patient outcomes and elevate the practice.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation through electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Provide both in-person and telehealth visits to meet patients where they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
