Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft personalized therapy strategies that drive real, measurable progress toward independence
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported techniques to address deficits in motor function, cognition, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver truly integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Provide clear, practical instruction to patients and their families or caregivers, equipping them with the tools and confidence to continue progress beyond the clinical setting
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation while continuously evaluating patient progress and recalibrating treatment approaches as needed

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continued professional development are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
