What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your personal network
 

* Introduce candidates to available MLR opportunities and assess their interest and fit
 

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Stay in consistent contact with leads to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied to the meetings you set, the interviews you generate, and the placements that trace back to your outreach
