Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families, from young children to seniors, addressing a variety of health needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or possess) a valid Oregon medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
