What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care to patients spanning the full age spectrum — from newborns to elders — with empathy and clinical precision.
• Diagnosing and managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns using a patient-centered philosophy.
• Performing thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Working in close partnership with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.
• Actively contributing to quality improvement efforts that elevate patient outcomes and strengthen team performance.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.
• Engaging patients through both in-person visits and telehealth encounters to maximize access and convenience.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
