Job Description

• Craft Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's functional needs and design targeted treatment strategies that support meaningful, measurable progress toward their personal goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to improve fine motor function, cognitive processing, and the ability to perform activities of daily living with confidence
• Engage as a True Team Player: Partner daily with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to build comprehensive care plans that treat the whole person
• Empower Patients and Their Support Networks: Provide clear, compassionate instruction to patients and caregivers so that therapeutic momentum continues well beyond the clinic walls

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
