Nursing Supervisor - Full Time

Schedule: Night Shift (7pm - 7am) 
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000

Summary:
Responsibilities include overall patient nursing care, collaborating with Nursing Director, upholding standards and policies, planning safe staffing, acting as a patient advocate, assisting in other departments, finding resources, coaching employees, providing leadership during emergencies, and maintaining attendance

Requirements:
 

• RN license in PA
• BLS Certification
• Previous nursing experience with a focus on leadership or supervision
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
• Effective leadership and communication skills
