Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care across all age groups, from young children through older adults.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and behavioral health needs with a patient-first mindset.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, review and interpret diagnostic results, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and circumstances.
• Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting providers to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.

• Maintain precise, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active pursuit of certification).
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
