What You’ll Do

* Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
 

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
 

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
 

* Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews facilitated, and hires stemming from your outreach

How You’ll Be Compensated

This is a commission-based role, allowing for potential earnings without any upper limit.

You will receive compensation based on the value you produce:

* Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange
