Acute Care Nurse - Float - Flex Nurse

Seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to come and join a team of professionals with an established Hospital System in South Carolina. Working collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care.

Pay: $68,344 - $94,449

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care.
• Utilize evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health.
• Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers

Requirements:

• Graduate of a School of Nursing 
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred 
• RN State Licensure 
• CPR/BLS Certification
