Key Responsibilities:

• Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, fluid, and tissue samples accurately
• Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure performance

• Ensure Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality control standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
