Echo Cardiac Sonographer RDCS 

MLR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Echo Sonographer to join a well-established hospital system in South Carolina. In this role, you will utilize advanced medical equipment that employs sound waves to create real-time images of the heart, assisting physicians in diagnosing heart diseases.

Pay: $67,754 - $87,988

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating images of the heart, cardiac chambers, valves, and vessels for the purpose of assessing heart function and diagnosing heart ailments
• Work closely with cardiologists, often performing the technical aspects of the examinations, evaluating the findings, and reporting them to the cardiologist
• Responsible for interviewing the patients and reviewing their medical records so that you may adapt your sonographic techniques as necessity dictates

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associate degree in echocardiography or diagnostic cardiac sonography 
• Registered through ARDMS
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
• BLS or ACLS
