Schedule: Weekends Only 

Pay: $65,245 - $78,131

Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting for individuals with varying medical conditions.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical equipment as needed.

Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements:

•  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid Registered Nurse Licensure
• BLS
