Acute Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

MLR is partnering with a highly respected health system to hire a Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Weekend Only Work (WOW) Staffing Program in the Emergency Department. This unique opportunity addresses critical staffing needs while offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Eligible candidates can also receive $7,500 in relocation assistance.

Compensation Differentials:

• Evenings (3 PM – 11 PM): $1.25/hr
• Nights (11 PM – 7 AM): $6.00/hr
• Weekends (Friday 3 PM – Monday 7 AM): $4.00/hr (in addition to evening and night shift differentials)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and create individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient information and care activities.
• Follow best practices and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of care.

Acute Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in South Carolina.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in an acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
