Clinic LPN - Primary Care

Join the MLR Healthcare team as a committed LPN in our urgent care setting within a large health system in South Carolina. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure high-quality, compassionate services.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients vital and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication 
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families, evaluating the patients wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Requirements:

• Associate of Science in Nursing Degree
• LPN Licensure for the State
• National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)
• BLS & ACLS
