What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering full-spectrum, continuous care to patients of all ages, from newborns and adolescents to adults navigating the complexities of aging.
• Diagnosing and managing acute conditions, chronic disease, preventive care, and behavioral health concerns through a patient-centered lens.
• Performing thorough physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and crafting individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Working hand-in-hand with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, holistic care delivery.
• Contributing to quality improvement and population health initiatives that drive better outcomes across your patient panel.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record system.
• Serving patients both in person and via telehealth platforms to meet them wherever they are.

Education

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Active South Dakota medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
