Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted, goal-oriented treatment strategies
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven methods to strengthen motor function, sharpen cognitive ability, and restore meaningful participation in daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner daily with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure well-rounded, patient-first care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide hands-on education and take-home guidance so patients can carry their progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Plans: Maintain thorough documentation, monitor patient milestones, and continuously adapt interventions to optimize recovery

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications warmly encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active OTR/L licensure in good standing
• NBCOT certification required
