What You Will Do

Take Ownership of Full-Cycle Searches from the very first intake call all the way through close, with the autonomy to run your desk the way you see fit.

Serve as a True Client Partner by diving deep into your clients hiring needs, understanding their culture, and becoming the advisor they call first.

Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS, your own existing network, and our built-in communications platform that keeps outreach organized and effective.

Put Our Platform to Work to manage candidate pipelines, automate follow-ups, track every touchpoint, and never let a hot lead go cold again.

Focus on Permanent Placements that generate meaningful long-term value for your clients and the kind of commissions that reflect work done well.

Ideal Candidate

Two to three or more years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales, ideally with some exposure to healthcare or a strong desire to learn it with our full support behind you.

A track record of managing client relationships with confidence and closing offers with skill.

Comfort navigating ATS and CRM platforms, with a willingness to get up to speed quickly on ours.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building something sustainable and your own over the long term.
