We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Antioch, Tennessee. In this role, you will work with patients to improve their daily living skills by evaluating their needs and creating individualized therapy plans. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing patients' independence and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily functioning
• Implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and self-sufficiency
• Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and long-term recovery strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages
