Medical Technologist — Bacteriology
Own the micro bench with precision: perform culture workups, interpret susceptibility patterns, maintain instrumentation, and uphold rigorous QC while collaborating closely with clinicians on time-sensitive results.

Medical Technologist — Blood Bank
Execute high-stakes transfusion services with confidence: perform antibody ID, crossmatching, and product issue; validate QC and reagent performance; correlate data and escalate critical values per policy.

Laboratory Supervisor — Chemistry/Clinical
Lead weekend operations: coordinate staffing and workflows, troubleshoot complex results/instruments, drive QC/QA compliance, and mentor technologists to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications (Summary)

• Licensure as a Medical Technologist (TN Medical Laboratory Board) or national certification (ASCP/AMT/AAB)
• Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science (NAACLS) or Biological Science + NAACLS program
• Experience: 1+ year preferred for technologist roles; 4+ years for supervisor
