Role Responsibilities

• Deliver longitudinal, comprehensive care to patients spanning all age groups, from infants and children to adults and seniors.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, mental health concerns, and preventive care needs using a patient-centered approach.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and construct individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts aimed at elevating clinical outcomes and strengthening the patient experience.
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) platforms.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
