Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique challenges and craft targeted therapy strategies tailored to their functional goals and personal circumstances
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to support improvements in fine motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to ensure every patient receives integrated, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Educate caregivers and loved ones on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies that extend progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Document patient progress with precision, continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment plans to keep recoveries on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
