Description

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Actively engage in interdisciplinary care conferences and team rounds to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• CPR certification preferred
