What You Will Do

• Deliver longitudinal, comprehensive care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric wellness visits to complex geriatric management.
• Address a full spectrum of clinical needs including chronic disease management, acute illness, preventive screenings, and behavioral health integration.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret laboratory and diagnostic findings, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialty partners to ensure seamless, whole-person support.
• Engage actively in quality improvement efforts and value-based care initiatives that drive better outcomes across the panel.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
